Furniture Shopping

We prefer to have you shop with us, for at least for an afternoon, so we can learn about you and your preferences. Throughout the process, our designer will ask a lot of questions so she will know which direction to go with product quality, pricing & delivery timing needed. It is best for you to send a floor plan ahead of time, so we can make sure it is to the appropriate scale. We will ask for a list of pieces that you think you need and we will create layouts that will give you options on how the furniture can be arranged.

As far as pricing and discounts on furniture purchases, we will help you save more money than what you would save if you were shopping on your own! We love getting good deals and we automatically check multiple sources to make sure you get the best prices available. More will be discussed once you have made a commitment to shop with us, but we make it a fun process! We take care of the paperwork, actually make the purchases and consolidate the freight and schedule deliveries for you.

One of the reasons IDA developed a shopping service was to help clients save time when looking for what they needed. After working in a retail furniture store for over 11 years, our designer learned that clients didn't really know where to start and they were pretty much on their own when having to make decisions. With this service, our goal is to provide a stress-free shopping experience by saving you time and money.
